Iran Signals Readiness for Preemptive Strikes Against Emerging Threats

The long-standing enemies of this land, who have repeatedly and explicitly taken responsibility for the killing of Iranian women and children, are pursuing a deliberate approach through the repetition and escalation of threatening rhetoric and interventionist statements in clear contradiction with accepted principles of international law—an approach aimed at fragmenting dear Iran and damaging the nation’s existence. This is a path that is not merely the expression of political positions but part of a pattern of pressure and intimidation, and it cannot be regarded as going unanswered, cost-free, or outside the equations of the battlefield.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, relying on national cohesion, comprehensive deterrence capability, and full defensive readiness, once again affirms that the country’s security, independence, and territorial integrity constitute an inviolable red line. Any infringement upon national interests, interference in internal affairs, or action against Iran’s stability will be met with a proportionate, targeted, and decisive response.

Within the framework of legitimate self-defense, the Islamic Republic of Iran does not limit itself to responding after an action has occurred and considers objective indications of threat as part of the security equation.

The intensification of threatening and interventionist rhetoric—going beyond mere verbal posturing—can be interpreted as hostile conduct. Continuation of this path will entail a proportionate, firm, and decisive response, with full responsibility for the consequences resting upon those who devise this course.
